how do I prepare my home or business for cleaning services?
There are a few things to consider when preparing for your cleaning service. Visit our Prepare for Service page for a full list of tips to be ready for your appointment.
do I need to be home during the cleaning service?
We may require you to be present for your cleaning service if you have requested any interior services. If you have to leave for awhile, be sure to let the cleaning team know in advance so they can accommodate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash, check, Venmo, ACH Debit, and most major credit cards. Payment is due on the date of service unless otherwise discussed. For all payments other than cash, check, or Venmo, we will provide a payment link to your email address to submit your payment.
can i schedule recurring cleaning services?
We understand the need for regular cleaning on your property and can work with you to find a schedule for cleaning that works best for you. You may even qualify for special recurring service discounts!
do you use eco-friendly products in your cleaning services?
We do have eco-friendly solutions available! Discuss our eco-friendly options with your service provider while receiving your free estimate.

what happens if the weather is bad on the day of my scheduled service appointment?
If there are severe weather conditions expected on the date of service in your area we may reach out to you to reschedule your appointment.
